Focus mainly on the acupoints Mingmen (GY 4), Ganshu (BL 18), Danshu (BL 19), Pishu (BL 20), Shenshu (BL 23),Zhishi (BL 52), Guanyuanshu (BL 26),Pangguangshu (BL 28) and BaJiao (BL 31-34).




Method 2: Scraping Holographic Zones on the Hands and Feet
