Method 1: Scraping the Lower Blood Pressure Groove on the Ear

1, Use the surface scraping method on the front of the ear.

2, Use the edge of the guas ha tool to scrape the back of ear, and then press the edge of the tool perpendicularly on the lower blood pressure grove.

Method 2: Scraping Baihui (GV 20) and the Head

1, Use the surface scraping method on the entire head from the sides to the vertex and finishing at the occiput.

2, Baihui (GV 20) is at the center of vertex, or is the midpoint of the line connecting the apexes of the  ears.

3, Use the corner of the gua sha tool to scrape Baihui (GV20).

Method 3: Scrapiong the Spine Area on the Head and a Blood Pressure Point on the Neck.

1, After rubbing gua sha oil on the neck, use the surface scraping method from the second to seventh cervical vertebrae.

2, Use both corners of the gua sha tool to scrape the bladder meridians from the second to seventh cervical vertebrae.

3, Use one corner of the gua sha tool to scrape Fengchi (GB 20), and use the surface scrapiong method on both gallbladder meridians and the blood pressure point.
