Keeping the Spleen and Stomach Healthy

Method 1: Scraping the Back

Use the surface and two-corner scraping methods on the vertebrae corresponding to the spleen and stomach from top to bottom. Focus on the acupoints Pishu (BL 20), Yishe (BL 49), Weicang (BL 50) and Weishu (BL21). The scraping area is 3 cun wide on both sides of the spine from the tenth thoracic vertebra to the first lumber vertebra.
